This monthly film club will showcase a new and topical film each month, with a goal of both educating and
entertaining locals with critically acclaimed pieces of nonfiction on a variety of subjects.
This month we will be viewing the film: 13th
Summary: Filmmaker Ava DuVernay explores the history of racial inequality in the United States, focusing on the fact that the nation's prisons are disproportionately filled with African-Americans.
